Franklin County, P.A., Sept. 1, 2020 – Conifer Realty is pleased to announce it is partnering with Women in Need, Inc. (“WIN”) to develop a unique community known as Molly Pitcher Landing, a high-quality new construction affordable multifamily development in the Borough of Chambersburg, Franklin County. The community, once completed, will offer at least eight of its 48 apartment homes for victims of domestic violence.
WIN currently serves over 1,700 individuals annually in Franklin and Fulton Counties. In 2016 an average of 126 individuals per month sheltered at WIN’s emergency facility, which is immediately adjacent to the Molly Pitcher development site.
